Inconsistent page template after installation of custom add-on

Hi there,

I have one problem that I have spent the last three days to figure it out but I am totally clueless. I had an add-on installed through amp on both share and alfresco wars for adding extra features on datalist component. It runs ok but somehow it has Chang permanently the page template on datalist component. I have the picture attached to show it as I do not know how to describe it better. The page header was not the same theme as the rest of the page.

I have removed the amp through alfresco-mmt, but the page stills looks funny.

Can somebody show me the right way how to fix this. Really appreciate any help.

Can you please post, which add-on you've installed?
Is it a third party one?
Please provide more details on the add-on?

I installed the alvex-datagrid extension through amp. Yes, I believe it is a third party. The add on is available from https://github.com/ITDSystems/alvex-datagrid

I have removed it with alfresco-mmt.jar and it is no more in the list, but still, the template didn't get back to its originals.

Screenshot shows that you are using https://qjrln.ejy63jwa.qjtv.e/p/fme-alfresco-extensions/wiki/DatalistExtension, not Alvex datagrid.

Screenshot you attached shows http://alfresco.fme.de/extension-gallery/overview/datalist-extension/, not Alvex Datagrid. This extension is not compatible with Alfresco 4.2 (the last version is for 3.4).

Yeah.. my mistake. I was trying on both extension. But then, how to get it back to normal? I have removed both extensions and the interface (header) still looks different.

Still no solution.. I guest I have to reinstall Alfresco ontop of the old one.

I have managed to solve this. Apparently, I forgot to remove the Jar file of FME_Datalist Extension from alfresco that cause it to be reloaded for every server restart. My mistake. Sorry and thank you.
