Is there currently a way to restrict access to "start process" functionality by group?

You would need to wrap the process start in your own method that checks the user on starting the process.

Hi,

The feature to controll access to view and start processes via Activiti Explorer is absolutely necessary to create a cloud implementation based on Activiti that will be used by users from different organizations.

I really need that feature(and I am most probably not the only one…) When can I expect it to be released?
