problem in installing activiti

I have installed eclipse into ubuntu 10.04 but when I have installed activiti plugin into eclipse I saw two types of folder:
1-diagrams                                              2-file.bpmn

but the diagram should let me start using graphical bpmn .but what happened is nothing appeared to me , but the xml code in file.bpmn is working except that graphical diagrams . what should I need to let it work ?

my problem is that  I cannot install graphiti plugin into eclipse also because there is errors while I want to install it . can someone help?

Could you please provide the error log when you install activiti in eclipse.
Also,See the below steps for installation:

Installing Activiti designer
Activiti supplies an Eclipse plugin, the Activiti designer, that can be used to graphically model, test and deploy BPMN 2.0 processes.

Follow these steps to install the plugin.

    In the eclipse menu bar, click Help > Install New Software
    Click Add

The Add Repository dialog is displayed

    Start Eclipse.
    Fill in the name field with Activiti BPMN 2.0 designer, and fill in the location field withhttp://activiti.org/designer/update/.
    Click OK
    Click Finish

Eclipse will install the latest version of the Activiti designer eclipse plugin.
