installing alfresco and report management

hi
i'm new to alfresco and i wanna to know, what all i need for installing alfresco system and record management.like i read at web alfresco support Java programming, so i need this both programs for programming in Java. I must to program some tables in Java to compare dod 5015.02 and Moreq. is this normal programming or is it web programing, which is the easy way to do this ? Hope at true place for that support. Thanks for all help

It doesn't require any programming to install Records Management. If you are running Alfresco Community Edition, you can download the Records Management AMP from here:
