How to deploy workflow created by Kickstart?

Hello everyone.
When I create Kickstart project in eclipse and than export it, Eclipse creates some files

When I deploy them manually everything is OK.
When I use CMIS deployment nothing working.

http://localhost:8080/share/service/reload-module-deployments returns "Refreshed all internal caches" so I think reload script works.

Any ideas?

in my Alfresco 4.2 installation that script is missing.
How do you do manual deploy?
