Deleting a filed record/document

Hi guys,

I have uploaded a file in RM, then I filed it to another folder. But the problem is I can not delete the file anymore, even the original file. I get Could not delete 'File name' message. All files which have not been file are deletable without any error.

Could someone help me

Have you declared the record?  Or is simply filed and incomplete?

No i haven't declared it as a record. I have just added a file then, file it.

Does the user performing the delete operation have the capability to delete records?

Yes, I have logged in as an Administrator.

Have you added the admin user to the records management administration group?

yes, I did. I went to RM, management console, and added the admin user to the RM administrator group

Ok, I can't think of any obvious reason why this wouldn't work then.

Perhaps you could raise an issue in JIRA (issues.alfresco.com) detailing the steps that need to be taken to reproduce the problem and we can take a look in more detail.
