add extra field on index(view detail) page of contents

hi i want to add some extra field on index page(view detail) a meta-tag like as-

doc_id
Publisher
Country

there are various field on index page like (Title, Name, Description, Author….) but i want to add some more
for this what i have to do please reply me………..
