Lost Default tabs of Admin, Workspace, Home Tabs

Hello All,

After installing getting started package, I lost the default tabs of the Platform. Using version 9.2.

How can i get default OOTB view, with all tabs Admin, Search ,webUI, Home and Workspace 😞
