We already plugged Nuxeo DAM to Apple Darwin streaming server.
- One way of doing this is to "publish" on the streaming server the rendition to be streamed, and be able from DAM interface to provide to Quicktime or any other reading tool the good URL, the one the streaming server knows.
- One other way is to give the information of the position of the file to the streaming server, to avoid data dupplication
No CDN integration was done so far, but as I understand, it might be done at a higer level (or lower, ie no dependcy with Nuxeo software)
