I am aware that the question as per above has been asked but in my case when i login for the first time the error shows up and for the second time i am able to login with my active directory, what could be the problem?

Seems like to are trying too soon, One the alfresco repository server is up you should try to login.If the server is not up yet it will failed to validate.

all this happens even when the server is up. Also a user can be able to login now, but tomorrow they will not be able to login
