workflow- As a team manager, can I see workflow of my team?

Hi, 

As a manager, can I see what all workflows have been initiated by my team. If a team member is on leave and any document is pending in his name, I need to re-assign it to another team member. 

Please let me know how can this be achieved in Alfresco Community version 6.0.

If there is any add on available , will be using them as well.

It will not be possible without customizing alfresco.There are some addons available which will be displaying the active workflow task.It will be available to all users.You can find it on below link.
