Where is upload.post.js in Eclipse or in project folder?

It is contained in the alfresco-remote-api-<version>.jar. Since Alfresco 5.0, most configuration and default web scripts are packaged inside the JARs to signal that these should not be messed with in the webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/ directory.
