Unable to Search for Folders or Files in Alfresco, SOLR index tracker details unavailable

Hi all,

We are currently facing an issue whereby we are unable to search for Files and Folders in Alfresco/Share, and also unable to run the Query REST API.

We are suspecting it is due to SOLR indexing that is not being ran.

From Alfresco Admin Console, we can see that SOLR4 is enabled, and under Search Service, the SOLR 4 properties are correct.

Content Tracking Enabled: true

Solr Port (Non-SSL): 8080

Solr base URL: /solr4

Solr Hostname: localhost

Solr SSL Port: 8443

However, the Main (Workspace) Store Tracking Status and Archive Store Tracking Status details are unavailable.

Currently we are suspecting that Alfresco is unable to connect with SOLR due to SSL issues, but unable to confirm yet.

Anyone has faced similar issues and knows how/where to investigate the root issue?

Best Regards

Billy

Can you inspect your logs?

If SOLR is now working, probably you'll find something relevant there.
