Timestamp format in CMIS query

Please help with my question on the Timestamp equal to comparison using CMIS query.

The clockDate is an aspect/property for a document.

We see the value of this clockDate for a document in Node Browser as:
13 Oct 2017 10:26:58 GMT-0400 (EDT)

We see the value of this clockDate for a document in in document library as:
Fri 13 Oct 2017 10:26:58

We have a CMIS query that we execute in the Node Browser as:

Select * from cmis:document as d JOIN mystuff:clockableAspect as CA on d.cmisSmiley SurprisedbjectId = CA.cmisSmiley SurprisedbjectId where CA.mystuff:clockedDateTime = TIMESTAMP 'valueToCompare'

For the 'valueToCompare', if we hard-code as '13 Oct 2017 10:26:58 GMT-0400 (EDT)', or as 'Fri 13 Oct 2017 10:26:58', we do not get any result back, and it says 'invalid datetime literal'

My question is:

What value/format should we use for the variable valueToCompare so that we can find the exact match?
