We have recently upgraded our application from Alfresco Content Services (ACS) 6.2 to ACS 7.4.
After the upgrade, we observed that thumbnails are not being generated for certain MIME types, specifically .ps, .eps, and .psd files. This functionality was working as expected in our previous ACS 6.2 environment, where thumbnails for these file types were generated without any issues.
We would like to confirm whether any additional configuration is required in ACS 7.4 or in the Alfresco Transform Service (ATS) to support thumbnail generation for these MIME types.
Current Setup:
ACS and ATS (with ImageMagick and Ghostscript installed) are deployed on separate AWS EC2 instances.
As this issue is affecting our production workflows, we would appreciate your prompt assistance and guidance in resolving it.
