Ok... in that case the problem is likely to be with the LibreOffice based conversion to PDF. This can be an issue if the server does not have access to all the necessary fonts used in the original Word document and thus cannot create a correct reproduction in PDF (which is used by the previewer). Check your word document with regards to the fonts being used and make sure your LibreOffice server installation has those fonts, and reinstall any that are missing.
