Small search returns no results

Hi,

We are on Alfresco Community - 5.2.0 (r135134-b14).

We have an issue with the search on the web client. When we are doing a search that might return lots of results, it shows "0 - results found". If we complete the search with the same word but with more word, at one point, we are able to have results.

When we begin to type the terms, the search box give us some suggestion, but when we hit "enter" : no results.

Search works fine for non often used word (like document codenames with number)

There is no error nor in alfresco.log nor in solr.log nor in Firefox debugger.

We also tries with Chrome but same results.

What do you think could go wrong ?

A bit more information is required....

Have you go any customisations related to search?

Are you using Alfresco out of the box?

What and where is the data (values and properties) ? What is the query?

Are you waiting  for the index to catch up with your changes?
