Setting up password complexity

I want to add password complexity and an expiration date for each one. Is this possible on Alfresco? and how can this be achieved?

You can use the Share Extras feature dedicated to the Password Reset:

Reset Password Dialog | Alfresco Add-ons - Alfresco Customizations 

You could extend it for implementing your own password policy.
