I am trying to setup a rule on the discussions folder to trigger when a new topic is added or when a reply is posted. I also made sure that rule applies to subfolders. For testing purposes I did not set any filter on the content type (i.e., am not restricting the rule to fm
ost or fm:topic).
The rule triggers when new topics are added but not on replies (fmost). This was not the behaviour I remember in earlier versions of the platform (5.0.d for example). I am now using v5.2.0 -- did something change? How do I get an action to kick-in on forum posts?

Hi. Wanted to share an update. I tried running the rule action manually ("run rules") and it does work on all content of type fmost -- but still never automatically triggers when new posts are created, updated, or deleted.
