RM Admin Tools

Hello, I am having issue accessing the Record Management Admin Tools.  Have logged in as "admin" and yet the page displays -- "You need additional permission to access this page". Screenshot Attached.

Any help is appreciated.

That is normal. For Records Management, being the global administrator does not automatically give you all privileges. You need to have Records Management-specific roles assigned as well, which you should be able to do via the RM Admin Tool "Users and Groups" AFAIK.
