As has been answered in other, similar threads: You typically do not interact with the Alfresco database directly. You use any of the services / API provided by Alfresco to interact with the data. This can be done using in-process Java / JavaScript API or out-of-process integrations via ReST API. You can read up on any documentation on the official documentation site.
