Online Trial Credentials Never Come

Hello, I've signed up for the 14 day Alfresco online trial through this link: https://www.hyland.com/en/resources/alfresco-ecm-online

After completing the form I immediately received the email shown below to activate the trial:

After clicking the "Activate Now" link I came to the page below which states my trial version of Alfresco is being built and I should wait 2-3 minutes for the user credentials.   Unfortunately, the user credentials never came.    My partner tried the same thing with her email and got the same result.   Please help!

In the meantime, you can still explore and test Alfresco using alternative methods. One of the easiest and most flexible ways is through the Alfresco Community Docker Extension, which allows you to spin up a full environment locally using Docker Desktop.
