Need to disable or hide 'Download' option provided at the menu level from user's based on privileges.

Hello All,

I have installed Alfresco Community Edition 5.2 version. I have to customize the menu to hide or disable 'download' the document option from users who logged in as a Consumer.

I have tried the below solutions but, the option is still available.
