Need docker image for ACS 7.0.1 Enterprise edition with PostgreSQL

Can someone help me to get an ACS 7.0.1 Enterprise edition docker image for my development  environemnt using docker-compose?

I signed up quay.io. But I am not sure where to ask. I was told that the image has a short expiration date. Can I upate a valid license file into the image after I get it?
