Navigation Sym Link Creation to Link with Share Page

How do I link page create in alfresco share 5.2.f to a menu item which shows in the top as a header(Like Navigation to Alfresco share page), so on click of menu item it should redirect to share page created?

Its works as suggested in the link but configuration files are at different places in the version on which I m working.
