I have a rule on a folder, where whenever a document enter this folder (Pending Folder), a Simple Workflow starts up. When approved, the document moves to approved folder and I am maintaining the copy of same in another folder(Drafts Folder). So that it can be edited the next time and I can start the workflow process all over again.
However, once I have updated the document and moved to Pending Folder, workflow got created. Whenever I accept, the document does not move as the approved folder as the folder already has the document with same name. Is there any way around where using the simple workflow, a different version of document can be moved with the same name.
