Microsoft Office edit button does not work on documents in Application Content shared area

Alfresco Search    1.4.0 

I can edit the document in the folder where I have administrative authority with Microsoft Office, but I can't do it in the

shared space. can you help me?

I believe this action should not be available in the shared area at all. The Alfresco Office integration has never supported editing office documents outside of the context of a site.

however, I add users the authority to make changes and I do not want this document to be accessed from the site. We use permission or direct sharing for this. I think it makes sense to edit these files too
