Make API about reports received not uploaded in Alfresco

Can you help me how to start or what to do in making lists of reports received and not uploaded in alfresco?

Please make sure when you ask the question it should be properly mentioned and described.There are lots of people in alfresco community who wants to help.But because the question is not described properly, nobody from community is able to answer it.This is not the case with only this question , there are many scenarios like this.

sorry for that , I can't properly explain my project although im new here could you recommend me any documentation related to the datalist in alfresco? or even displaying details from database? or how to locate the database even though it's not directly be seen. Thanks a lot
