license and Cost structure for Alfresco

Hello all,  

Can anybody provide cost structure for Alfresco License for Enterprise Edition.  One of our client has need to implement document management system and requires lower cost compared to Documentum.

If you can help us to provide cost and license structure then we can plan to move to Alfresco.
