HTTPS share page not loading but HTTP share working fine

I'm using IIS(webserver) as a reverse proxy in the windows server and deployed alfresco(alfresco-content-services-distribution-6.1.0.5) in tomcat(8.5.28).
Share(/share) application is working fine with http but getting blank page while accessing with https. But Alfresco(/alfresco) is working fine with both http & https.

Please suggest.

Have you seen the documentation for configuring SSL for test and live sites?
