How to disable Comments under the file and folder created in repository

I want to disable comment under the files and folder in the repository section and so need location of Java file or core file in which comments are attached to FileFolderService in alfresco. Please provide me path of the file or solution to disable comment section in FileFolders.

You can find a similar request here, along with a solution. 

Essentially override the appropriate values found in:

$ALF_HOME/tomcat/webapps/shareWEB-INF/classes/alfresco/share-documentlibrary-config.xml

in your 

$ALF_HOME/tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/web-extension/share-config-custom.xml

file.

Thanks for the Help but I need to disable comment for certain groups or roles only and want to hide viewing them comment done by other Users too.
