How do I create a workflow that involves this process.

Hello guys I'd really appreciate if you can help me with this one, how do I create a workflow that involves this process. Do I need a script? another program or addon?

1. "Receiving employee"  creates the document or accepts documents outside the office

2. Transfer the document to the "Manager" for review.

3. "Manager" delegates or assigns the document to any of the three employees.

4. The employee will edit or work on the document and then submit it back to the manager.

     If there are no errors then the document is approved back to the "receiving employee for filing.

     If not then it will be returned back to the employee.

5. The receiving employee will release the document out of the office and will close the workflow.

   Please fins the process diagram for your use case. i have also attached the app zip file which you can import and execute.

Please note i have used candidate user for manager assignment you can choose to ignore it.
