How can i fully backup my share?

I know that alfresco stored files in alf_data ... but i need to do total restore if this needs. So i need to know what i need to backup: *.odb bases, alf_data, maybe smth more? And maybe you tell me the algorithm of actions when i want to restore. Thanks in advance!

i'm sorry but can you show a example how i can replace directory of alf_data, solr6 and other? and if you can do a example how i will do my backup? i really can't get it. Thanks
