Find uploaded files on a form in a task

Hi, I want to know how to do to find a file uploaded in the form "a ", in the form "B ".

Let me explain, I have a task with the form "a " where the user uploads a file.
In a second next task, an operator must check the file uploaded by the user. How do I view this file?
