The Formtek File Linking Extension is integrated with the Alfresco Share application to allow a single document or folder stored in the Alfresco repository to be accessible from multiple locations within the repository without physically duplicating the item. Any user with access to a document or folder can create a link on that document or folder in any folder where content creation is permitted for the user. Because the link points back to the physical item, any document content changes or metadata changes on the item are immediately accessible from all linked locations.
