failed to load thumbnails

Dear team,

when i open document,i got thumbnails error in logfile

please refer below error:

org.springframework.extensions.webscripts.WebScriptException: 07260005 Wrapped Exception (with status template): 07260090 Failed to execute script 'classpath*:alfresco/templates/webscripts/org/alfresco/repository/thumbnail/thumbnail.get.js': 07260089 Read-Write transaction started within read-only transaction

i go through search its showing:

Changing the transaction from read"only to read write in the file goto

templates/web-scripts/org/alfresco/repository/thumbnail/thumbnail.get.desc.xml

and change read permission to write permission it will solved at least this problem.

but when i go through this path in my folder location this path is not there.

i don't know how to get thumbnails,

can u please suggest me how to get thumbnails on Ubuntu .

Is this Community Edition or Enterprise Edition? If it is Enterprise Edition is your license still valid?

If this is Community Edition or Enterprise Edition with a valid license, are you able to create new content in the same folder as the document that is having this problem? Because the error looks like you are logged in as someone who doesn't have the permissions necessary to create new nodes.
