Hello,
We need to export the search results we get in Share into an Excel and PDF file. How can we achieve that?

You can do that in the following way.
1. Copy the search result in a specific folder as shown in the image (OOTB)
2. Write a script to get the list of files from the folder and create an excel file (custom)
3 Create a business rule which executes above script on the folder where the search result is copied (OOTB)
Only step number 2 requires some custom coding, rest is available OOTB.

Exporting search results to Excel and PDF can streamline your workflow. It is super helpful for keeping track of data and sharing information quickly. If you're looking for a way to do this, I'd recommend checking out myexcelonline. They have some great tutorials and resources that walk you through the process step-by-step. Plus, you can learn many other cool Excel tricks there.
For Excel, you can usually highlight your data, copy it, and then paste it into an Excel sheet. If you're working with search results from a database or a specific tool, there's often an export option directly to Excel or CSV, which Excel can open.
