Customise error page

The share application defines in web.xml the error page that is used when a user accesses a page that does not exist.

What is the best way to use a custom jsp for this error page ?

I am also looking to make this customization but doesn't appear to be anyone who has done this before.  Seems strange as I would imagine it is a common change.
