Custom popup message on workflow form submit

Hi everyone,

I am having two custom buttons on workflow form - "Send To Dispatch" and "Send To Final", where Final and Dispatch are two different folders where document should move after wf task completion. 

Here if user clicks "Send To Final" button but if the Syndical Leave Date field is empty/null in the form then document will be moved to Dispatch folder. So I want to display popup on submitting the form that in which folder the document is moved. How can I achieve this?
