Content problem pdf

When I preview in pdf a word document, the message is "

Message:

10237480 The content node was not specified so the content cannot be streamed to the client: classpath*:alfresco/templates/webscripts/org/alfresco/repository/thumbnail/thumbnail.get.js"

It is happening with some word documents and not with others.

Have you any idea ?

If you preview a file and you do not have the suitable file converter installed, you will see the above error.,

I have some files with the pdf generation and another with problems. Moreover, the versión of the documents of word is identical.
