Hi ayoub lag,
Only the Enterprise versions of Alfresco are tested with WebSphere, but you could give it a try with these instructions Installing Alfresco Content Services on WebSphere of the Enterprise versions. It should work the same way.
Hope this helps.

Hi ayoub,
I'm sorry for my late response and for missing the little part that intalling on WebSphere requires the myfaces zip. Since community is not officially available or tested for WebSphere, it is not part of the community package and available for Enterprise only. What you could do trying to search on the web for websphere how to create shared library.
Sorry,
Martin
