In Alfresco, a Collaboration Site can have Calendar Events. You can add the details of the event, place where the event will be taking place, timestamp of the event.
You can also tag the event.
However, the participants of the event is not included. Thus all the events in a site is visible to all the members of the site.
This Add On offers the ability to add participant of an event.
The creator of the event can choose users in an event as Organizer and Participant or Audience.
Event invitation will also be sent to all the concerned user by Email.
