I am using EndPointService for getting configured endpoint in code.
By Mistake I have created same entry twice and I am not getting that endpoint in my code.
One of the entry I have deleted still not getting.
Last I removed deleted status(deleted_by,deleted) entry from table then it is working.
Is this issue or Some Mistake from My side?
Ideally it should not allow to create same entry twice(By name)
