Alfresco CS 5.2 don't download pdf archives files

Hello to all ;
I have a problem with Alfresco 5.2  communoty edition (windows 10)
I can't download the files in PDF format but the files in word format work.
Also the preview of the PDF files do not pass as well but this in word format works.
Could you help me?

Have you setup PDF renderer correctly? Do you see any error logs?
