Alf has a download bandwidth limit?

Hi people,

When I open / download files through share interface, the download seems to have a 200kbps limit. Tried to download multiple files at same time and all are limited at max 200kbps. It does not occur on upload, that is almost instantly for 20 Mb file.

No, Alfresco does not have any bandwith limitation of any sort. Any apparent limitation you may be observing would be the result of your particular infrastructure / setup.
