Looking at the log, I see some errors similar to the ones described below.

The errors on Counter should not affect the final result, because they are a optional task.
Please check they are optional, opening the ETL jobs using the Spoon UI of Data Integration.
I remember in an older version of the AAAR, the getCounters where mandatory and they causes some issues (in some cases).
They can be put as optional without any problem.
