Upgrade from 3.2r to 3.2r2?

Is there a preferred way to upgrade from CE 3.2r to 3.2r2? Would it be enough to just replace the war files and redeploy them?

I have been trying for the past week to upgrade from 3.2r to 3.2r2 using the General Upgrade Process and Backup and Restore documents with little success. I get errors relating to schema update failure and Context Initialization failed when I start Alfresco with my restored backups (Mysql DB and alf_data). I have however managed to do a completely new installation of Alfresco 3.2r2 and it is working okay. Running Cent OS 5.4, MySQL, tomcat..
