The right place for *-actions-context.xml files?

Hello

I have written two simple extensions, their *-actions-context.xml files reside in "F:\Alfresco\tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\extension" where they seem to collide.
Where is the right place for myextension1-actions-context.xml, please?

I'm sure this must have been answered couple of times but I can't find the answer neither in forums not in Alfresco Wiki. Putting these in META-INF does not seem to work. (It works for web-client-config-custom.xml luckily.)

OK, thank you. I might have picked that up from some tutorial or maybe I just messed it on my own.

Now I'm confused… While I never intended to add anything into the WAR itself I've noticed following in the Alfresco Wiki:
"The suggested way to do it is by adding your JAR file to the alfresco.war file…"
Is the Wiki wrong on this one? Where should my JAR file go then? (So far I keep them in tomcat/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/lib, i.e. not in the WAR.)
