solr4 continuously throws exceptions

This message, and others like it, show up every few seconds in the solr.log after a new installation of Alfresco CE 5.0.b on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS:

i also have same issue , do you able to solve ?

i find on this https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALF-21127 , how to i get patch version r88024

do some one have solve this issue ?  i still look for the solution .
