RDBMS Support Plan

Is there any plan specifying when each RDBMS support will be added? What I specifically need is MS SQL Server.
And, is it hard to implement such a support? If it's not too much time consuming, I might be able to do it and contribute the code.

On the wiki, there is a "how to" with instructions.  Keep us posted on how it goes.  Should be doable.
